The table pictured here has been made using "Liquid Glass" deep pour epoxy resin with a translucent black pigment, along with 3 coats of clear epoxy/urethane over the top. It's finished to a very high level using the 3M Perfect-it polishing system, allowing great clarity through the resin into the grain beneath.
